Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Please note: Fabric by-the-yard, Wallpaper Sample swatches, Products made with storied home fabric, are made or printed to order and may require additional processing time. All orders are shipped with tracking information once dispatched.

U.S. Orders

We currently ship within the United States via UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipment. Orders ship within 7 business days unless otherwise noted above. If you have questions regarding lead times, please contact: hello@heatherstrommen.com

Shipping Notes

If a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to assume responsibility for loss or theftFor shipments requiring a signature, customers are responsible for ensuring successful delivery or timely pickup. If a package is refused or not collected and returned, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

International Orders

Orders are typically shipped via UPS Standard. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment. All international orders are final sale. Shipping rates are provided upon request. Please email: hello@heatherstrommen.com for a personalized quote.

Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale. Of course, we are always happy to assist should anything arrive less than expected. At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges outside of the conditions below.
