Shipping & Returns

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final for fabric samples, fabric by-the-yard and antiques.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you have any questions, reach out to us within 7 days – we’re here to answer questions and help to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. Please email us at hello@heatherstrommen.com.

US ORDERS

We currently ship orders within the United States using UPS and USPS. Most orders are shipped within 7 business days, except for fabric by the yard, wallpaper, sample swatches, or products made with storied home fabric which are made or printed to order. All orders are sent with tracking information. If you have any questions about lead times, please do not hesitate to email us at hello@heatherstrommen.com.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided. For packages requiring a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages or for packages not picked up from access points on time. If a package is refused and returned to us, the customer will be invoiced for the fees to re-ship the original package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are considered final sale. We typically ship international orders via UPS Standard. Please email us at hello@heatherstrommen.com, and we’ll provide a personalized shipping quote based on your order and destination. Please note that any taxes and duties upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
